ABOUT THIS ROLE 
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Sales to play a critical role in supporting our retail growth and operational excellence. This role serves as a key connector across teams to ensure seamless execution of launches, accurate planning, and best-in-class 360 retailer support. The ideal candidate is both analytical and execution-focused—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about driving efficiency through strong processes and data-driven insights. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Account Management.

This role is based in our West Hollywood, Los Angeles Corporate Headquarters. Relocation is not offered for this role.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Sales and Account teams across key retail partners.
  • Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including scheduling, venue/room booking, technical setup, catering, and elevated, brand-right presentation. 
  • Prepare all meeting materials (sell-in decks, agendas, samples, etc.) and ensure clear documentation of owners, timelines, and next steps.
  • Support upcoming product launches by completing Item Setup and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized documentation of planogram (POG) variations, merchandising updates, and space changes across accounts.
  • Support demand planning processes by assisting in forecasting, tracking, and reconciling sales and inventory data across retail partners.
  • Assist in building and maintaining demand planning tools, trackers, and reports to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication of demand changes, launch quantities, and replenishment needs.
  • Own retailer and vendor contract administration from intake through execution, amendments, and archival, ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines.
  • Assist with retailer comp request coordinating with Operations and Product Development Teams
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, planning or related field (beauty or retail experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with data analysis or planning tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of ownership
  • Candidates must be able to attend an in-person interview in our West Hollywood Office.

Salary Range Opportunity:

 
  • The hiring range for this role is $72,000 - 82,000 USD

Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
