ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Inventory and Sales Ops Coordinator is responsible for inventory reporting in support of inventory management, master data creation and maintenance, and retailer order management liaising between Retailer, Sales and Warehouse manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create UPCs and maintain Master Data for NPL stream and existing products to ensure alignment across Sales, 3PL, Regulatory, DTC, etc
  • Create and distribute inventory reports in support of business analytics.  Will include, but not limited to: out-of-stock, low stock, excess and obsolete.
  • Liaise with Sales and 3PL manager to manage order flow from receipt of order to delivery at retailer.  This includes communicating with Retailer for order review and updates, timely and accurate fulfillment, retailer compliance, delivery and chargebacks, if any.
  • Work with 3PL Manager on marketing sample orders. Including but not limited to, order processing, routing, tracking updates.
  • Other assignments/tasks as assigned and necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in operations, and distribution, preferably in the CPG/beauty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business or similar field required.
  • NetSuite and EDI experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of contract manufacturing, 3PL distribution, finished goods assembly, and order entry/execution.
  • Solid knowledge of overall computer systems background including MS suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical, quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
