Senior Manager/Supervisor

Patrick Ta Beauty is looking for a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Brand Manager with proven beauty industry experience. This role will be responsible for executing 360 marketing plans across all cross-functional channels. They will also manage and lead external PR agencies to scale and develop the brand voice. They will be a key player in the optimization of Patrick Ta Beauty’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of execution to concurrent projects and ensure marketing strategy is always met with the goal of increasing brand awareness, consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty. This is a full-time role based in-house in our office in Los Angeles and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.This position is onsite, located in West Hollywood, CA.

Patrick Ta Beauty was founded in 2019 by world-renowned celebrity makeup artist, Patrick Ta and one of his first-ever clients and beauty and skincare expert, Rima Minasyan. The pair work together to create, perfect, and launch each product for both the makeup artist and the everyday makeup wearer. Patrick Ta Beauty's goal has always been to make their consumer feel great in their skin and give them versatile products that can create any look.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing 360 marketing plans, rallying channels, and cross-functional teams to deliver plans and strategies that ladder up to the larger positioning. Connecting the dots across the team to ensure stories and campaigns are amplified and maximized
  • Owning PR relationship, driving both creative ideation and execution in partnership with an external agency
  • Overseeing and executing all brand events in partnership with Senior Director of Marketing
  • Own key social and brand paid media in partnership with Ecomm team and external agency. Includes setting the strategy for evergreen Core collection support, as well as new product launches, to ensure the right messages are delivered to the right audiences at each stage of the funnel.  Keen eye for maintaining brand standards while delivering top performing creative, and a passion for test and learn mentality. 
  • Developing presentations and materials that showcase marketing plans to senior leadership and analyze key performance indicators
  • Supporting budget management and invoice processing
  • Being a key partner in creative campaign planning and shoot production

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience in leading full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • 4+ years of proven success in agency and team management including prior experience with 3+ direct reports
  • Prior experience in growing and scaling a brand awareness
  • Digital fluency - confident in speaking to and educating about the rapidly changing digital landscape, including platforms, technology, and influencer innovations
  • You have a true passion for and understanding of modern marketing, emerging digital platforms, and how to drive a brand growth strategy
  • Creative problem solver and desire to pioneer (comfortable with ambiguity and “finding a way”)

SALARY RANGE
$125,000 - $130,000(DOE)
